My Dear Ones At Dublin Dog Foundation,

I have received many gifts in my life. Some were small but precious like my beautiful daughter. Some were silly and outrageous and made me squeal with delight but there has never been a gift that provided as much totally unconditional love and support as my precious Butterball. He is like an angel with paws!

My daughter Jessica and I met Butterball at the Canine Assistants Farm in July 2009. It was so hard to think about what I was looking for. I needed a dog that was strong, obedient, reliable, and gentle. I needed a dog that would love us both and help us even when he was tired sometimes. I needed a dog I could trust with our lives! So first I prayed, "Please God show me the dog that you have planned for us. You know JessicaÕs needs and mine." Then we walked around and greeted all the dogs. They were all fantastically awesome but each let me know they were not the one for us until we got to BUTTERBALL!! It was a match made in heaven! He responded to us both with love and joy. He handled our training with patience and ease. He immediately let us know we were his, and he was ours!

After graduation we traveled home by car to NC and he was amazingly obedient. Everyone wanted to pet him and love on him. It was hard to keep to the rules. Butterball has been with us since July and every day seems to bring more joy. It amazes us both the number of new opportunities and challenges that have been opened for us since his arrival. Jess is so much more confident with our 4-footed angel. He has even taken Mom on her field trips! He runs and plays with us both and loves to help me with watering and tending my raised gardens! I also feel much safer when I have to be by myself shopping or traveling.

I thought my life was full and happy before Butterball, but now every day seems to be more fun and more filled with joy. I can never thank you enough for your support and I pray that God will bless you as you continue to give others a chance for the changed life Butterball has given us!
